As part of this commitment the council is proud to announce that the RECHARGE Scheme is available at all library branches. Please look for the RECHARGE Scheme logo or ask staff for assistance to direct you to an available power point.

The RECHARGE scheme is a simple and effective means of ensuring that people who use an electric scooter or wheelchair can travel without the fear of being stranded by a flat battery. When visiting the library there is now a power point for customers can recharge their battery, if required.
