The boards are in three formats:

  • Word board – with key words and phrases for individuals to point out
  • Picture board – for those who prefer to use images to communicate

DAISY Readers

The library has access to DAISY Reader players.  The DAISY Readers are available to library members who have a print disability and allow them access to library and other materials through DAISY discs, compact discs and USB.

Recharge scheme

recharge-logoThe RECHARGE scheme is a simple and effective means of ensuring that people who use an electric scooter or wheelchair can travel without the fear of being stranded by a flat battery.
Please look for the RECHARGE Scheme logo or ask staff for assistance to direct you to an available power point.
