Meeting Room Hire

Why not host your next business or club meeting in the library meeting rooms? The meeting rooms are available for use on a casual hire basis or as a recurring booking.

Meeting rooms are available at Altona Library, Altona Meadows Library and Learning Centre, Altona North Community Library and Williamstown Library.

Computer training rooms are available at Altona Meadows Library and Learning Centre and the Altona North Community Library.

The Altona Meadows Library and Learning Centre has two meeting rooms, one with a 100 person capacity, an interview room and an IT training room equipped with 10 PCs and a trainers PC.

Altona North Community Library has two meeting rooms with a capacity of 16 each and a computer training room with all the lastest equipment including 10 laptops, a trainers laptop and a smart board.  The Healthy Food Hub is located on site and may be able to assist with your catering needs - email This email address is being protected from spambots. The Williamstown Library has a number of meeting spaces available both inside and outside library opening hours. Chapter One Cafe is located on site and may be able to assist with your catering needs.

    • Ground floor meeting space with separate access from the deck
    • No toilet facilities if booked outside library hours
    • Seats up to 20

    • Use of the kitchenette with crockery and cutlery – must be requested at time of booking
