Spending time in nature can reduce stress, increase concentration, boost your immune system and increase energy.

Do you want to learn how to maximise the benefits of the urban nature around us? Come along to this introductory workshop and learn about the key benefits of Forest Therapy.

President of International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance Susan Joachim, Forest Therapy guide will discuss the science behind forest therapy and share techniques to help you connect deeply with nature while living in the city. Introduced in Japan as Shinrin-yoku in 1983, it is an emerging, research-based, low-cost and effective practice for all ages.
