How does it work?

To make use of this service you will need to be able to submit your print jobs online.

You will need:

Steps:

  • Submit your print job by logging into our printing service at https://libraryprint.hobsonsbay.vic.gov.au/ or via the Libraries Victoria app.
  • Select to upload a file from your device, or enter the URL of an online document.
  • Check your job attributes to make sure you are printing the correct colour, size and quantity, and note the displayed cost of the submitted job.

      How do I pay for my printing?

      You will be able to use any existing credit on your library account to pay for your printing.

      If you do not have sufficient credit to cover the cost of your printing, you can purchase additional credit by logging in to our online payment service at https://librarypay.hobsonsbay.vic.gov.au/ or via the Libraries Victoria app. Once logged in to this service you can purchase additional credit by selecting 'add value' and pay using your credit or debit card.

      How do I collect my printing?

      Printing can be collected from any branch of Hobsons Bay Libraries during our operating hours by using your library card (or Libraries Victoria app).

      You don't need to wait for a notification - your printing will be available as soon as you submit the job.

      Steps for printing: 

      1. Log in to your account. Your card number is the username.

      2. Upload the document you want to print or paste in the URL for web print.

      3. Check the file is correct, including attributes (eg. colour, size), and cost. To change attributes, click on 'change job attributes'.
