Turning the page: Your library story

Entry guidelines:

• Entries must be the original work of the participant
• All participants must provide their name and contact details on the entry form for administrative purposes.
• Story submissions should be no longer than 200 words in length.
• Poetry submissions have no maximum amount of lines, they should be no longer than 200 words in length.
• Submit your story/poem as a Microsoft Word (.doc) file.
• Participants agree to have their story/poem published.
• Participants agree to have their work edited.
• If a story/poem is unsuitable there is no guarantee that it will be used in the project.
• Writers can submit no more than two entries
• There is no age limit. Those under 18 years of age must receive permission from a parent/guardian before entering.
• Participants agree to be contacted in regards to their story.
• Participants may be contacted regarding a professional photography shoot to accompanying their work.
• Hobsons Bay City Council reserves the right to publish this work for the purposes of this project.
• Names will be used in the published work.
• Participants agree to have their work exhibited around Hobsons Bay.
• Entries close Sunday 30 June 2019.
