Mindfulness for trying times







Rachael Kable is a published author, mindfulness coach, and host of the top-rated podcast, The Mindful Kind. With a background in psychology and personal experiences with stress and anxiety, Rachael is passionate about empowering people with effective strategies to navigate busy modern life.

In this Mindfulness and Stress Management Session, you’ll discover what mindfulness is, simple mindfulness techniques, and mindful walking strategies. By the end of the session, you’ll be able to implement short mindfulness practices to help you manage stress and cultivate more presence, calmness, and open-mindedness in your life.

This event will be held online via video chat. Registrants will be emailed a link prior to the event along with instructions on how to participate.
