The History of Libraries in Altona North Photographic Exhibition

rsz 1an origLast year, Altona North Community Library celebrated its tenth birthday. Opened in 2010, the library provides not just books, but a meeting place for community groups, homework help for school students, and dozens of events to attend throughout the year.

Join us in celebrating the library with an exhibition chronicling five decades of libraries in the area, beginning with the Altona East library in 1965, and taking us all the way up to the present day.

View the exhibition up close and in-person at Williamstown Library, or check out our online presentation here.
