  • We are required to record the details of all visitors for contact tracing purposes. Upon arrival, please check in with our QR code located at the entry point of each branch. We are using the state government check-in app, Service Victoria, which is available to download for both Android and Apple devices. If you do not have a device which supports QR codes, our concierge staff will be able to sign you in manually. We appreciate your patience if there is a queue for entry.
  • Any items needing to be returned must be returned via the returns chutes located outside each entry.
  • Food and drink is prohibited inside our branches, with the exclusion of water which must be in a container with a lid.
  • In line with government health advice, we ask that you maintain a 1.5 metre distance from other visitors and staff at all times, maintain good hand hygiene with sanitiser and wipes available inside the library for your convenience and of course, please stay home if you are feeling unwell.
