About the Creative Technology Hub

This makerspace located within the Seaworks Maritime Precinct is a partnership project between Seaworks and Hobsons Bay City Council.

The Creative Technology Hub (CTH) is funded by Gandel Foundation and the State Government’s Living Libraries Fund, with additional sponsorship from Toyota, Raeco, and AVJennings.

The CTH team work alongside library staff using technology and a ‘play to learn’ model as a hook into learning.

Programs and activities will focus on STEAM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics – essential 21st century skills to provide opportunities to skill up, re-skill and obtain new employment opportunities.

Watch this video to see what we're all about!

Note: Programs at the Creative Technology Hub @ Seaworks are for people aged 13+

Check out what CTH programs are coming up in our Event Calendar.
