Make your own pizza base cook-a-long with Susan (online)







Join Susan in this fun cooking activity and learn how to make a quick and easy pizza base (yeast free) with Greek yogurt. Add your favourite ingredients before it goes into the oven to bake, making it savoury or sweet! 

If you wish to cook a long, this is what you will need or you can just watch and enjoy! 

Suitable for ages 5+ with adult support.


  • 200gms plain flour (sifted)
  • 200gms Greek yogurt (room temperature)
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Bi-carb soda
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Extra flour, if needed

Ingredients for topping (optional):

  • Tomato paste or sauce
  • Mixed herbs
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Shredded Ham or salami
  • Pineapple

Kitchen utensils:

  • 2 Bowls
  • Sifter
  • Measuring spoons 
  • Kitchen scales
  • Wooden spoon
  • Rolling pin
  • Baking tray
  • Baking paper

About the tutor:
Susan Stojanova has been cooking since she was 12 years old. She continues to create and experiment with old time European recipes and loves sharing her recipes, tips and variations. All of Susan’s classes use her own recipes and she gets great pleasure from seeing the enjoyment on her student’s faces when they build their confidence, have fun & finally taste their creations.
