EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) with Catharine Ross







Incorporating the wisdom of Chinese Acupuncture with Western Cognitive Psychology, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) aim to ease emotional and physical discomfort caused by blockages in the body’s energy system.

The meridian tapping methods origins lie in ancient Chinese medicine with the development of acupuncture, a healing technique.

EFT uses the fingertips to tap on various points on the face and upper body as a way of releasing stress, anxiety, negative beliefs and re-balancing the body’s energy system.

Join Catharine Ross (EFTi Certified EFT) practitioner as she explores the basics of EFT tapping, latest clinic research and how it can be used to promote healing and emotional wellbeing.
